Reiki is a safe and natural healing energy, which promotes self-healing physically, emotionally and spiritually. It treats the cause of imbalance rather than the symptoms, strengthening the immune system, eliminates toxins and releases stored up emotional tension.

Treatments are carried out with the client fully clothed and lying on the treatment couch. Most people report feeling intense heat, vibrations, seeing colours and feeling very relaxed during and after their treatment.
